Laura Guedes
is born and raised in Recife, PE, Brazil. Currently, she lives in the cold mountains of Vancouver, BC.
Laura, also known as Lauranja, is an enthusiast in designing appealing, vivid and fun characters and illustrations for the entertainment industry. She has participated in several projects for games, animation and editorial - some of the clients including Sanrio and NBC/Deedle-Dee.
She also aspires to include the culture of her upbringing in northeastern Brazil into her work.
On her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking vegan treats and watching anime with her partner.
